By accessing or using Draftveil, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Draftveil.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email. Your continued use of Draftveil after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Draftveil is an AI-powered content generation platform that helps professionals create LinkedIn and X content that reflects their personal writing style. The service includes:

• Voice model training based on your existing writing samples
• AI-assisted post generation for LinkedIn and X
• Content scheduling and calendar management
• Direct publishing integrations (where connected)

Draftveil is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To use Draftveil, you must create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Draftveil. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access your account. Notify us immediately at support@draftveil.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree to use Draftveil only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use Draftveil to:

• Generate content that is false, misleading, or deceptive
• Produce spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk automated content intended to manipulate platform algorithms
• Create content that violates the terms of service of LinkedIn, X, or other platforms where you publish
• Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Produce content that is illegal, harassing, threatening, or harmful to others
• Circumvent any security or access controls of Draftveil or third-party platforms

Your training content: You retain all rights to the writing samples and posts you upload to train your voice model. By uploading training content, you grant Draftveil a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of training your personal voice model.

Generated content: Content generated by Draftveil based on your voice model is owned by you. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and platform terms.

Feedback: If you provide feedback about Draftveil, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use that feedback to improve our services.

Draftveil offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If we make a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we will correct it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draftveil and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Draftveil's total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Draftveil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for how you use, edit, and publish AI-generated content. We make no representations about the quality, authenticity, or effectiveness of generated content for your specific use case.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we determine your use poses a risk to other users or the service. We will provide notice where feasible before termination.

You may terminate your account at any time from account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Draftveil ceases. We will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Draftveil is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
