Open roles
Full-Stack Engineer
We're looking for a generalist engineer who can own features end-to-end. You'll work across our Next.js frontend, Supabase backend, and AI integration layer. This is a high-ownership role — you'll ship things that real users depend on every week.
- 3+ years with TypeScript and React
- Experience with Next.js App Router
- Comfortable with SQL and relational databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal process
AI / ML Engineer
You'll own the voice modeling pipeline — the core technology that makes Draftveil different. This means prompt engineering, fine-tuning approaches, evaluation frameworks, and working closely with users to understand what "sounds like me" actually means in practice.
- Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
- Familiarity with fine-tuning or RLHF techniques
- Strong intuition for language and writing quality
- Python proficiency
Growth & Marketing
We need someone to help us find and activate the right early users. You'll own everything from content and SEO to partnerships and community — whatever gets the right people in the door. Strong writing is essential; we build for people who care about authentic communication.
- Proven track record growing a B2B SaaS or creator tool
- Strong copywriter who can capture a brand voice
- Comfortable with data — you measure what you ship
- Genuinely interested in content creation and personal branding
